J/120 Nationals Preview
(Detroit, MI)- An excellent turnout of fifteen J/120s will be treated to
gala social events and awesome racing by Bayview YC in Detroit,
Michigan from August 19-21st in the J/120 USA National Championships.
Boats are participating from Michigan, Ohio, New York and Toronto,
Ontario. Racing will be taking place on Lake St Claire, a tricky venue
based on the combination of shallow waters producing short, steep chop
and breezes that are frequently blowing offshore, making for shifty,
streaky winds.
