Frank Kern, from Grosse Pointe, MI is raced his J/120 CARINTHIA in the Regata del Sol Race, winning PHRF Racing class. Twenty-seven boats competed in this 500 nm event which started from the St. Petersburg Pier on April 23rd. It's hosted by St. Petersburg YC and the Club de Yates de Isla Mujeres, Mexico. It's been run for decades and has a very loyal following.
