(St Petersburg, Russia)- The first event of the SAILING Champions League
2016 will take place in St Petersburg, Russia from August 26th to 28th
at St. Petersburg Yacht Club. The line-up for the qualification event
for the finale that takes place at YC Costa Smeralda in Porto Cervo,
Sardinia, Italy includes a total of 32 sailing clubs from across
Europe. For the first Act in St Petersburg, the teams will be sailing
in a matched fleet of International one-design J/70s.So far, twenty-two clubs have already registered for the SAILING Champions League Act I in St. Petersburg. The current list of participants include the following:
